Fitness Human Performance Center is Getting Rio Grande Valley Kids Explosive RESULTS
this summer with their Fit Kids Summer Camps. Registration Opens April 19th, 2010.
They will have three groups this summer: Tadpoles (6-8 yr), Grunt squad (9-12),
Delta Force(13-17). Camps will run for 3 hrs per day Monday - Thursday for 2wks.
Each camp will be limited to 40 slots to provide for a better experience for each
recruit. This is Not a babysitting camp! This camp is a RESULT driven camp that
will help kids acquire the skills and work ethic to become Fit & Athletic as they
learn about living a healthier lifestyle. The camps will focus on strength, endurance,
agility, coordination, flexibility, team building & nutritional education. Each
new recruit will receive an Explosive Fitness Camp t-shirt for their 1st camp
attended in summer 2010.

Teen Strength and Conditioning Training Program will help teen athletes improve:

Dates
and times Training sessions run from June 7 - July 29, 2010 and meet from
8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday, at Explosive Fitness Human Performance
Center in McAllen. Under the guidance of our professional sport/fitness specialists,
participants can select from our two-week, four-week, six-week or eight-week consecutive
training packages. 2-week

training session: What
do you need to wear and bring? Participants should come dressed in workout
shorts, T-shirts and tennis shoes. Activities will take place indoors and out.
Sunscreen, a large water bottle and a hand towel are recommended. Water fountains
are available for refills. Location
and drop-off Explosive Fitness Summer Fit Camp 2010 recruits will train
at Bill Schupp Park and at the Explosive Fitness Human Performance Center. Driving
directions: 1. from 10th street going north, turn left(west) on Zinnia
2. park will be on the right side, enter 2nd entrance into parking lot Cost
Register by May 1, 2010, to lock in
early bird rates as listed below. You will also receive discounts for registering
for multiply week packages while still having flexibility with your training and
conditioning schedule. After May 1, add $20 to each package price. - 2-Week
